- The cemetery holds an annual meeting open to the public. This meeting is usually held in either July or August of every year. A notice is published in the Northwest Herald Newspaper.
- Prior to Spring cleaning, owners of lots, or their heirs are asked to remove all wreaths, vases, cans, planter boxes, wooden crosses, and artificial flowers that they wish to retain. Items not picked up will be removed by the caretaker and disposed of. Artificial flowers and wreaths are permitted on graves from November 1st to April 1st.
- Those items remaining on lots during the mowing season are at owners risk and the cemetery will not be responsible for the disappearance or damage to them. Urns are to be inline with markers, summer planting to be minimal and are restricted to the area adjacent to the markers. No planting in middle of the lots or the graves.
- Cost of Grave: $500.00
- Cost to Open Grave (Monday - Saturday): $575.00
- Cost to Open Grave (Sunday): $800.00
