CITY VEHICLE STICKERS

Anyone moving into the city limits is required to obtain a City Sticker for each vehicle owned or registered in this City. Plus, State statute requires you to change the address on your drivers license and registration within 10 days of moving. Pursuant to city ordinance, vehicles, such as work vehicles, which are kept in the city limits more than 30 days, are also required to obtain a city sticker for said vehicle. Stickers can be purchased at City Hall. The penalty for failure to display a valid sticker is a $150 fine, which goes to $300 after one week, if not paid.

Vehicle stickers may be purchased at City Hall during normal business hours.

The information required to purchase a vehicle sticker is…vehicle plate number, vehicle description, year, make, color and model.

STICKER FEES: All vehicle types: $20.00. Senior citizens: $5.00. A replacement sticker is $2.00 with old sticker or sticker scrapings. Fees double after July 31st.

New residents have 60 days in which to purchase their vehicle stickers. New vehicles must have a vehicle sticker within 30 days.

ALL STICKERS MUST BE DISPLAYED ON THE LOWER RIGHT (PASSENGER SIDE) FRONT WINDOW.
