Mayor Koziol joined 24 other McHenry County Mayors and County Board Chairman Franks in requesting the following from Governor Pritzker: (1)- Acknowledge that McHenry County does not belong grouped into the Northeast Health Region with the City of Chicago. (2) Acknowledge and approve the County to move from Phase 2 to Phase 3 of the Restore Illinois Plan effective immediately, upon independent confirmation that we have met all five criteria in the Restore Illinois Plan. (3) Provide a commitment to a timely review and approval of our transition to move to Phase 4.
