The City of Marengo uses Illinois E-Pay and Point & Pay to collect some city fees online. Since this service is provided as a convenience to local residents, there is a small fee added to each transaction by the credit card processor. There is a fee (based on a percentage of the payment amount) to use this service that is collected by the Credit Card company.

Water/Sewer Bill -Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or E-Check
Vehicle Sticker Renewal – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or E-Check
The following payments can be made through Illinois E-Pay:
Bail/Bond Administrative Fee – Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover
Parking Ticket – Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover
Ordinance Violation – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or E-Check
Vehicle Stickers for New Vehicles or New Residents– Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or E-Check
