The City of Marengo uses Point & Pay to collect water payments online. Since this service is provided as a convenience to residents, there is a 2.95% fee added to each transaction by the credit card processor. There is a fee (based on a percentage of the payment amount) to use this service that is collected by the Credit Card company.
The following payments can be made through Point & Pay:

- When that page opens, you can search by account number or address . If using address, enter the numbers only no streets name and click search. (on mobile device, click search and enter information)
- Select your account from those listed
- Enter your PIN number that is found on your bill and submit. You can call 815.596.0127 to get your PIN if you do not have a bill.
- Click Pay Now on the right side of the page.
- There is a 2.95% convenience fee when paying online.
