The City of Marengo uses Illinois E-Pay to collect some city fees online. Since this service is provided as a convenience to local residents, there is a small fee added to each transaction by the credit card processor. There is a fee (based on a percentage of the payment amount) to use this service that is collected by the Credit Card company.
The following payments can be made through Illinois E-Pay:

Ordinance Violation – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or E-Check
